Pet hair is not a vacuum problem. It is a patience problem.
Hair that has worked into carpet fibre will not vacuum out. It gets lifted with rubber brushes and pumice, worked in sections, with compressed air through the seat tracks first. It is slow, and we price it honestly in three tiers so you know the number before you book rather than at pickup.

How long does an interior detail take?
Most vehicles take three to five hours. We book one vehicle per slot, so yours is the only one being worked on. We will tell you the expected finish time when you drop off.
Why is the price an estimate?
The questions you answer get us within a few dollars, but Rin confirms the final price when she sees the vehicle. Nothing is charged until the work is done, and if the price changes you approve it first.
When do I pay?
Your card is saved securely at booking through Stripe and is not charged. After the detail is finished you get a receipt and the card is charged then. We never hold a deposit.
Do you charge extra for pet hair?
Yes, and we tell you up front. Pet hair is slow, careful work. The amount is in your quote before you book, based on what you tell us, so there is no surprise at pickup.
Can you come to me?
Yes, anywhere within 20 km of Spruce Grove, for 50. Below five degrees we need indoor space such as a garage, because interior products and extraction do not work in the cold. The calendar shows you which days this applies to.
Are you open in winter?
All year. The studio is heated, which is exactly when an interior detail matters most. Salt is the single worst thing for carpets and mats.
